Do you have a dedicated booking office?
YES. As we are Sydney's largest barista trainers we have a dedicated booking office next to our training room.  You do not need to be worried about being turned away because a class is in progress or visiting at a specified time.  We look forward to seeing you.

How do I pay for the barista class?
Payments need to be made for our barista classes with a credit card online (our site is highly secure - payment is made via the Commonwealth Bank), or call us on 1300 838 962 and pay by credit card over the phone, or by coming to our Sydney office Mon-Fri 9am-5pm at the above address to pay by cash, EFTPOS or credit card. Bookings for our barista courses prior to the day of the course are essential.

What do I bring to the barista class?
Just bring yourself and some writing material if you want to take any notes during the coffee course. If you come 5-10 minutes before the coffee class starts we will make you a coffee and get you settled for a whirlwind 3 hours. Our coffee classes start promptly so don’t be late!

What do I get when I graduate?
You receive a professional barista certificate on the day that states what you have learnt.

Are there any exams for this coffee class?
There are no exams that need to be completed for our coffee classes.

How will I learn how to use the machine in 3 hours?
With our unique barista training methods and hands-on practice, you will leave knowing how to use the coffee machine and will be able to walk up to any coffee machine and be able to operate it.

Why would I attend a course if I already know how to use a coffee machine?
Some people have bad habits when it comes to driving a coffee machine. If one technique is not up to scratch, your whole coffee could be ruined and you will never know why. Our coffee course will open your eyes and “fill in” any gaps that may exist in your coffee-making.

How long and how much?
Coffee classes go for three hours. Our fee is $75.

When do classes run?
Coffee classes run in Sydney every Tuesday at 9am, every Friday at 9am and every Saturday at 3.30pm. We run coffee courses every week of the year.

Do I get my own equipment to use during the coffee class?
Yes.

Can I drink all the coffees I make in the coffee class?
Of course!

My English is not great. Will I be able to learn in your barista course?

Yes – our coffee courses are very practical.

Why would I book with you?
We have over 60 years' experience in the industry and the best trainers who teach clearly and effectively ensure that we are the best value for money in Sydney.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the extremely small numbers in our classes, we are unable to refund monies for students who do not turn up for coffee classes or decide at a later date after booking that that they do not want to attend. Changes to class times are allowed, but not within 48 hours of the class commencing.
